Code of Conduct

The Company’s Code of Conduct has specific demands and commitments that it respects:

  • Legal Requirements: 100% of its personnel is protected by the rights and benefits of a Government’s advanced social insurances system.
  • Conditions of work: Working conditions are guaranteed exciding the governmental minimal procedure established.
  • Remunerations: The level of wages is supported by guidelines negotiated with the workers’ union.
  • Working hours: The range of working hours are from 40 to 48 weekly hours, being remunerated like extra time those that exceed this quantity.

As company we practice not discrimination among our workers, and their freedom association to different groups. And we do not allow child’s work. The raw materials that we use are ecological and renewable, obtained without causing damages to the environment and we do not use natural skins.
